This high protein Apple Crisp yogurt parfait hits the spot!!

Budget friendly, easy, and delicious!!

Recipe:

  • 1 container of high protein Greek yogurt

  • 1 serving salted caramel granola

  • 1 green apple

  • 1 tbsp of caramel sundae sauce

Tip: use Ratio yogurt to take this to a super high protein count of close to 30 grams!
