At Home CrossFit workout! 🏋️♀️
Last night me and my 12 closest friends went to a CrossFit class! Crazy fun!!!
For most of them it was their first CF ever, and they all survived!
This post is for them - and you too, if you’ve ever thought #CrossFit sounds fun but are intimidated.
The Diane is a classic CrossFit workout that can easily be modified to do at home with dumbbells or just one.
If you don’t have a wall for handstand pushups, or aren’t there yet, you can do them off any elevated platforms, or you can do regular or modified pushups.
Here’s the breakdown:
- 21 deadlifts
- 21 handstand pushups (or regular pushups)
- 15 deadlifts
- 15 handstand pushups
- 9 deadlifts
- 9 handstand pushups
Set a timer and goooo!
