  • Before you order as for a to go box.

<this will allow you to portion out your meal when it arrives>

  • Go to order is fajitas!

<ingredients are separate & not covered in cheese. Easier to actually see what you are eating & use portion control>

  • Put 1/2 your food in the to-go box & use an extra plate for your meal.

<using a separate plate keeps you from eating straight out of the skillet + gives you time to listen to your hunger & fullness cues.>

Leaving the restaurant, satisfied, not bloated, and feeling super confident that you’ve nailed your goals!
